Welcome

Primary batteries and cells, after they are used up, become wastes that are hazardous for the environment. That is why they should be collected in a selective way, so they do not go to the municipal waste dumps being mixed in a mass of litter. In order to achieve this goal, we need your help. We address our offer to several groups of firms.

The first one includes all these entrepreneurs who introduce to the Polish market the batteries and small-dimension accumulators that are covered by the provisions of the Act of May 11, 2001 on obligations of entrepreneurs regarding management of some wastes and the product and deposit fees (Journal of Laws of 2001 No. 63, item 639 and of 2002 No. 113, item 984, of 2003 No. 7, item 78 with further amendments).

Our basic proposal for such entrepreneurs is the takeover – by REBA O.O. S.A. – of their statutory obligation of recovery and recycling of batteries, as well as the whole responsibility for the fulfillment of this obligation. If you are interested in collaboration with REBA in this aspect, please contact our office.
